This talk helps identify a variety of psychological games that people engage in daily life that lead to negative emotions and ways in which people take charge of their lives and end these games. The Learning objectives include:

Perception in Interpersonal Development:
This talk is about perceptual development and how perceptions lead to misunderstandings and miscommunication. Here we will explore and understand more about how a person relates to another based on the clarity of perception in interpersonal development.strong>The Learning objectives include:

Windows to Interpersonal Relationship:
This talk would discuss about the Johari Window which explores the communication process at two levels: the overt level (what is actually said) and the covert or hidden level (what is actually meant).The Learning objectives include:

- Understanding depth in interpersonal relationships according to how open the window is.
Enhancing Resilience in Personal Styles and Strengths:
This talk would help to understand the need to enhance personal resilience in times of difficulty through identifying negative thoughts and perceptions and changing them to positive ones. It is also about looking for the opportunities and realizing the possibilities that build hope and strength. The Learning objectives include:
