Following is a list of what our clients have to say about us.
Before the session, I felt very irritable, depressed, focused wrongly on negative things and could not relax. It affected my work performance, business and relationship with my wife. Through the sessions, I learn to handle my anger, understand others, accept my past and build positive thoughts. My staffs were surprised with my changes. As I become more effective in managing them, their performance became better. Now, I have diversified my business and I could handle up and down of business world.— CEO of public listed company
Before the session, I was stressed with my officers and never ending work. I had headache, gastric pain, difficulties to concentrate at work, confusion and coldness of the whole body. I was not able to assert my self and communicate well with my colleague. Through the session, I learned to relax, assert myself, communicate with others effectively and work within my limit. I find myself becoming more calm and collected. I could handle my stress better.— Clerk of a finance company
Before the session, I was very stressed with work especially when I have to lead a project. I had chest discomfort, anxiety, irritable, poor concentration, low energy and poor sleep. Though the sessions, I learned to switch off in the evening, control my bad temper, assert myself in a meeting and accept other people’s mistakes. Now that I am feeling better, I realized it’s not the work that made me stress but people that I am dealing with. I feel better and respected at work. My company doesn’t stress me anymore and I love my job.— Designer of a public listed company
