Vision & Mission

In fast developing country like Malaysia the issues of human capital has been a great concern to many political and corporate leaders. Human capital is an invaluable asset that needs to be developed, enhanced, protected and maintained. Promoting health in human asset and the environment they work and live is equal to wealth. Healthy nation leads to wealthy nation. Therefore, employer’s commitment to employees is one of the best long term investments.

In the fast moving life, working long hours, odd hours, meeting dead lines, urban living, traffic jams, increasing cost of living, parental stress, global side effects of telecommunications and decreasing support network have been giving lots of stress to employees.
