Before the session, I was very stressed with work especially when I have to lead a project. I had chest discomfort, anxiety, irritable, poor concentration, low energy and poor sleep. Though the sessions, I learned to switch off in the evening, control my bad temper, assert myself in a meeting and accept other people’s mistakes. Now that I am feeling better, I realized it’s not the work that made me stress but people that I am dealing with. I feel better and respected at work.
